Vegetable Fingers
Ingredients
1 cup cabbage, finely chopped
1 cup string beans, chopped
1 cup grated carrot
1 cup grated onion
1 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. soya sauce
3 tsp. green chili sauce
1/2 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. ginger paste
2 tsp garlic paste
Salt according to taste
Oil for frying
4 tsp flour finishing
Method
1. Boil the vegetables till they are soft and mushy.
2. Add all the other ingredients along with the flour
3. The boiled vegetables and knead the dough into small finger shaped pieces.
4. Deep fry these pieces in hot oil and drain.
5. Serve hot with any sauce
