Oil Free Mango Pickle
Ingredients
1 large unripe mango
4 tsp salt
Ground to a fine paste
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp asafoetida powder (hing)
Method
1. Wash mangoes, dry thoroughly, cut into 1-cm pieces and discard seeds.
2. Add ground paste and salt to mangoes.
3. Mix well bottle and refrigerate.
4. Use after a week.
