Crab With Coconut
Ingredients

500 gm crab meat
2 green chillies,slit
3 cm piece ginger, chopped
2 petals cambodge, torn into pieces
1 tsp salt
1 stalk curry leaves, crushed
1 1/2 tsp coconut oil

Ground to a coarse paste

1/2 medium sized fresh coconut, grated
2 clove garlic hopped
1 tsp cumin seeds
3 tsp red chillies powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp turmeric powder

Method

1. Clean crab meat and wash throughly

2. Combine crab meat, green chillies, ginger,cambodge, salt,coconut paste and scant 1/2 cup water in a pan and cook over low heat till water evaporates.

3. Remove from heat, and add curry leaves and coconut oil. Mix well serve.
